We need the ability to grant limited, role-based permissions for virtual assistants. Vela is growing into a platform built for merchants who can’t handle every task themselves and increasingly rely on team members. To support this, Vela should offer controlled access levels so VAs can work efficiently without exposing full account permissions.
3 years later and this is still not available. It was highly voted on in the old wish list forum. I would like to limit permissions and abilities for employees, sub-user accounts, etc.!
I would love to see this developed too! Could you please update us if this is something that will potentially be available in the near future? Thank you!
