It would be great if products from different platforms that have identical SKUs could have the option to be merged automatically, rather than one-by-one

I manage many product listings and frequently upload/update images. Watermarking is important to protect original photos from being copied, but doing it in external tools before importing into Vela is time-consuming and creates extra file versions. Who benefits Sellers managing large catalogs (Etsy/Shopify, etc.) Anyone doing frequent batch uploads or updates How it should work (suggested) Let users add image watermark (PNG logo) and/or text watermark Apply watermark in bulk to: selected images within a listing, and/or selected listings (batch action) Controls: position (corners/center), margin, scale, opacity (rotation optional) Provide preview, undo/revert, and ideally non-destructive option (keep originals, generate watermarked copies) Optional: presets (save watermark settings and reuse) This would significantly reduce workload and keep the entire listing workflow inside Vela.

Everyone would benefit from auto-save while making edits.

Biggest pain point right now is typing manually all the alt-text values for each image, especially when the images all vary.

Would be great to have the additional option "Insert" to the actual "Add, Replace, Delete" to have the ability toupload an image and place it in a specific position, making shift all the others...

Anyone selling in Australia would find this VERY useful.

Currently only pages 1,2,3 and the last page is indicated. < 1 2 3 ... 20 > You need to press " > " so many times to move to pages like15, 16, 17, ... If you can select the page from scroll window or drop down bar, it will be much easier.

It would be great to be able to save the specific AI pompts I write for Studio features, such as AI Backgrounds and AI Edit, so that they can be applied quickl;y in the future without having to be written each time.

Feature request: negative filters for discovery and cleanup - Filters for “does not contain” on Tags, Title, and Description - Support for multiple terms with AND/OR logic - Example: show listings that do NOT contain any of these tags: “cookbook”, “spiral bound” - Example: find titles that do NOT include “PreOwned Good” - Example: find descriptions that do NOT include certain boilerplate info Why this helps: - Quickly surfaces missing metadata for bulk fixes - Enforces naming and tag standards - Reduces manual spot-checking across large catalogs If I’ve missed an existing way to do this, I’m sorry for the oversight — would love a pointer. I’ve seen on another platform that this feature exists, so I believe it should be easy for Vela to add as well. I’m referring to quantity automation. For example, if I set an item with a quantity of 2 and it sells, the system should automatically reset the quantity back to 2. Is this something you can add or support?

Please swap the positions of Variation 1 and Variation 2. They should be interchanged.

Please add the ability to view listings that don't have all 20 images, or are missing videos, missing tags/less than 13 tags etc. - something similar to how you can filter errors in titles and tags.

Please add ability to add drop shadow to product after removing image background so that it doesn't have to be done in another app. Thanks!!

Enabling a single image upload to automatically synchronize across all connected selling platforms—rather than requiring the same image to be uploaded two, three, or four times in the listing editor—would significantly improve efficiency and reduce redundant operations.

Vela connects beautifully with Etsy and Shopify allowing individual platform changes. It would be great if they could sync inventory between them.

Not everyone has a credit card - or wants to use their Visa Debit - A lot of people use PayPal as their payment gateway.. Please add this!

Useful for all sellers importing listings at scale, this enhancement would benefit anyone utilising the import feature. It should function in the same manner as the standard import process, but extended to support the new Etsy features, including process profiles and additional photos beyond the current limit of ten.

It would be great to leverage all the same features Vela supports for Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and Faire for Amazon!
