If I'm editing a specific thing that cannot be done in bulk, it would be great to hit save and go directly to the next one.

When I am looking at listing picture or just trying to pick multiple designs to edit at once the thumbnail is hard to see. I would like to be able to hover over the picture and have it enlarge so I can see it better.

Use case I want to schedule the amount of ad spend used to go up and down on a schedule. The use case is I want to boost the amount on the weekends or evenings and reduce it during the week. A further bonus would be to also Schedule ads to be turned off and on for certain sections of my store.

It will be helpful to dropshippers who constantly need to be updated with their shops inventory across all platforms so there's no oversell. The auto sync can be both ways or one way depending on the seller and could auto sync every 30 minutes or so.

It would be very useful to specify which items should be in Esty's marketing program without having to go through each item individually

With EtsyOnSale.com shutting down in March, it would be great if there was a way on Vela to set up scheduled listing renews. I use the RSS feed for my shop to post items into my facebook page, and I used the renewal scheduling in EtsyOnSale in order to schedule those renews. You could choose for a random item to be renewed, or last in shop, or most viewed, or least viewed and schedule a renewal to be triggered every day at a certain time, or a variety of other options (day, month, hour... repeating or not, etc). This option will no longer be available in March, and I'm hoping for a replacement option.

A button to update SKUs incrementally with new sequential number, eg, starting from 10000, or 10. Also maybe including a Prefix and suffix option, eg, Hoodie10000Cotton. Possibly an append feature to existing SKUs, adding something to the beginning or end of the pre existing SKUs. Applying SKUs to multiple products is a long tedious process that requires you to create each individual SKU for every variant, Shopify doesn't offer any options to automate this process so see it implemented within Vela would be great :)

To be able to Categorize your taxable products in Shopify, a bulk editing function would be nice.

It would be helpful if the ability to sort by shop was there so that it would be easy to distinguish which listings are not connected to both Shopify and Etsy. Currently, I look through every page of listings to find which ones are not connected to both.

For those of us with hundreds of listings, it would enable application of different tariff codes by class or variation.

Etsy has the feature to adjust cropping of the thumbnails for the 1st image. All our images are portraits of people in quite similar poses, but often the heads get cut off in those thumbnails. Doing single adjustments at Etsy becomes laborious and slow, and after certain bulk updates from Vela, all those adjustments are unfortunately gone.

Please add the ability to sort my views and favorites. It would be useful to see how popular or unpopular listings are.

It will be easy to see the number of hard returns (new paragraphs) and delete them.

for our fast moving items we have to keep added stock into etsy so it doesnt sell out. it would be great if we could create automation rules like when qty < 100 then add 300 to the qty.

I would love to be able to search for multiple words in a title that are not in a specific order. I often list things by color style and object. like pink unicorn cabochon, pink cloud cabochon, pink ice cream cabochon, pink cat cabochon, So when i search pink cabochon nothing comes up because there is a word in between. If i search by just pink it brings up thousands of listing that are not a "pink cabochon" same if i search by just cabochon. I need the combination of words to really be useful.

I mainly have 7 pics or 10 pics listing. When I try to bulk edit pictures that are the same for all listing, I need first select listings that have 7 pics and edit them and them repeat for 10 pics listing. The issue is selecting listings, say, with 7 pics is cumbersome.

Hi! it would be lovely if sellers be able to sort variations by alphabetizing. Instead of click and dragging them all manually.

Hi coding and programming team, I use vela to change the prices of my listings all at once. One issue I have noticed when changing by a percentage is: the program seems to be using addition and subtraction to calculate the new total..which means once you increase or decrease by a percentage there is no going back to the previous total once you have synced your listings to Etsy. The program should be multiplying by the percentage amount when needing to decrease prices, while it should be dividing by the percentage when increasing prices. This allows the user to increase and decrease by percentages without loosing the prices they started with. Thank you for the consideration.

Useful for selecting a section of products, when you don't want to select ALL and individually selecting takes a lot of time. Especially on the editing page when sometimes all the items are unselected and you can't select them all without individually clicking each box.

When you're selecting a photo and previous ones you've uploaded pop up they're in a random order. It would be helpful if these could be sorted and filtered (most recently uploaded, most used, etc).

I use templates for different product types but have to go into shopify to select this, would like it if this could be done in bulk in vela.

I use metafields for filtering but have to manually assign them to each product in shopify.

Currently we can remove a photo from all listings but only if it is in a certain position - eg. first listing photo or 5th listing photo etc. If there was a recognition somehow to recognise the image and remove the image no matter what it's postiion in the listing is would be great

I keep my inventory on a 'master' google sheet. Would love to be able to update my google sheet and 'push' the updated inventory across multiple sales channels via SKU

While I started an Etsy shop first, I have since added a Shopify store. I would love to set my default shop to Shopify in order to stop having to set it from its current default (Etsy) to Shopify every time I enter Vela. Also, missing this crucial step can prove to be a costly when after making bulk changes come to find out they were made to the Etsy store instead of Shopify.

Would love to be able to export/import the reviews linked to specific items if at all possible.

On the dashboard, I can select or deselect all listings using the checkbox in the table header. Once I go through to edit the listings, I can only select or deselect individual listings. It would be great to be able to select or deselect all the listings I am currently editing.

In several Latin American countries, Etsy deposits our profits only in Paypal. We never had "Etsy Payments" that would allow us to receive money in our bank account. To pay Vela we have to transfer money from Paypal to the credit card (and pay the commission to paypal when transferring) It would be great to be able to pay for Vela every month automatically with Paypal. Paying Vela in this way would save money and avoid rejections if the card is empty at the time of paying Vela. One thing I wish we could do while bulk editing is to be able to set the listings as manual or automatic renewal. The only way to currently do this is to go into each listing individually and set the option. This is very time consuming and should really be fixed.

Being able to edit the secondary "product type" field using Vela would allow us to bulk differentiate between standard product types and our own for filtering and internal sorting purposes.

Etsy's shipping profiles have to be edited individually. Even deleting them has to be one at a time... it's excruciating. Especially when integrating a POD like Gelato to Etsy, because Gelato adds in ALL their shipping profiles for ALL their products. Removing them was horrible.

Etsy introduced tariff numbers which are required for some sales destinations. Upgrading listings one by one is very time consuming.

We run a number of Etsy shops in Europe. Titles, Tags and Description synchronization does not seem to work accurately/reliably. We love the many capabilities of GetVela but every time we would like to use it what it will do to the titles and descriptions.

I also use square online/ square up and it would be handy for this app to also work there.

It would be amazing to be able to bulk edit global and domestic prices. I know its a new feature from Etsy but it would honestly change my life to be able to do it in one click

The current Photo Editor is great, but it's time consuming to have to edit listings one-by-one. The ability to edit photos in bulk would be amazing!
